She has remained a moderate voice in a deep red state, and has played ball with the Dems when a lot of others won't.

While we at DU would love for all of the states to be as progressive as we are, the reality is that I would take all of the Lisa Murkowskis I could get in states like Montana or the Dakotas ... or Alaska.
