The reason he did it is because as a right wing, white man, he thinks it is his absolute right to do whatever he wants to do at any point and in any place.

I particularly was amused by him thinking him having a "friend" in the police department was going to get them to....let him go or something?

I bet women cover their drinks when he's around.
