each datacenter have solar covering the entire roof of the datacenter and at least 25% of all energy needs handled by solar fields to be constructed by the company building the datacenter.

I support tech and use a.i myself but the rich need to pay for the energy needs and that means building out energy infrastructure.

I like the idea of building solar fields over oceans with datacenters under the water...It makes quite a bit of sense.
