13. I hadn't checked the LA Mayor race. Just checked now.

I see Pratt is leading Raman by just over 1% and just over 7000 votes. Of course, I have no idea how many votes are still left to count. Hopefully Raman overtakes him. Pratt's unlikely to win in the general election if he makes it, but better to avoid that risk altogether. He'd be an absolute disaster for LA.
