11. I vacationed in Nova Scotia in the year 2000...

specifically to see the tall ships in Halifax celebrating the millenium. It was incredible and while walking the pier to see the boats up close I couldn't help but notice how being in a crowd of mostly Canadians was so much different than the behavior of Americans at crowded events. Everyone was just chilled out and relaxed and no fights breaking out or shoving, just strolling along enjoying the day. I then went on to see more of Nova Scotia such as Peggy's Cove and Cape Breton National Seashore. I have been many places in the US on vacations and I still remember this trip as being the most breathtaking scenery I've ever seen.
