Didn’t come through an immigration checkpoint? If you’re undocumented it’s exactly that, they don’t have your face. Otherwise all crimes could be solved in a minute but they don’t have everyone full details in the country.

Undocumented workers tend to be easier to target because of their scope of employment etc.
