Law enforcement is likely putting into targeting individuals unless they are murderers rapist etc( in which case good).
I saw a report last night that said 2 million undocumented in Texas alone. It’s 1 in 20.
They are just targeting business or areas where large groups are likely. Plus all traffic stops etc with undocumented are now called in and arrested. They aren’t tracking individuals through facial recognition systems across the state like jason borne. Most of those systems are private anyway.
