It's so completely over the top, frothing at the mouth, baying at the moon, flar out insane EVEN FOR HIM that I felt like I was being pranked. I still feel that way even now, after verifying that this story is indeed all over the freaking internet.
Of course we've all known for years that he fancies adding himself to Mt. Rushmore. That's not a surprise. What's so unfathomably bizarre about this is that he evidently had these cookies served on AF1 with a completely straight face. If someone created this image as a joke, it would be as groaningly hilarious as a bad pun, and I'm sure a lot of people will try to brush it off as a joke. But it's NOT a joke. It's real. This is as absolutely deadly serious real as a heart attack. He really is THAT crazy. We must NEVER let ourselves lose sight of that fact.
