When was McConnell's condition medically determined to be non-recoverable? [View all]

That's the question that needs answering.

Because... if he has been deemed to have been 'voting' since then (you know, while he was appreciating everyone's thoughts and prayers and recovering in the hospital), then that sure as hell smacks of voter fraud to me (the fraud being who's pulling the proverbial lever for 'Bernie?')
