I've served at restaurants in the past, and 99% tip at the end. I do DoorDash now occasionally when I'm bored or broke, and with their new policy, I'd say only 1 out of 10 tip now. It is over a 60% drop. Last week I did it in the snow. Three deliveries, no tip.

Perhaps you'd support a compromise. After the order arrives, maybe have the app pop up with "Was everything alright with the food/service? Would you like to add a tip?"
