1. I live in Phoenix, and this whole voucher program was designed to close as many public schools as possible

by allowing parents to scam the program. To pay parents to keep their kids at home is not education. Also, several private schools saw the money coming in and subsequently raised their tuition by $1,000.00. The great taxpayer rip off.
