Solution from the microsoft gods that worked for me was to power down the computer (not sleep--shut down). Turn the printer on, then turn on the computer. It was basically that simple, although much aggravation on my part occurred, going through steps to delete the printer, download the drivers again, re-install, and set to default---THEN finding out this was the solution.

IDK what an ARM PC is, but apparently I have one, or at least someone thinks I do.....
