all of the time, always. Then with the help of an old friend I was made to realize it was depression too. There is a book called
"The Second Brain". It is about the direct connecion between your gut and your brain. I take an SSRI for the depression and the
"feeling sick always" passed. Constipation is the enemy. You have to have a smooth colon. Best to you. Learn all you can. Some of the best days of your life are yet to come.
